Brookfield School is in Tauranga, a beautiful
coastal city on the east coast of the North Island. We have a mild climate and
Tauranga is a popular tourist and holiday destination.
Brookfield School is a small city school and all International Students are valued and treated with respect.
When new students arrive at our school, we ensure they are supported and happy and we inspire them to become confident and responsible learners. As well as being part of our academic programme, children will have the opportunity to extend their learning outside the classroom. They will be able to join sports teams, go on class trips, join the choir, go on a school camp, learn about our culture, join the Kapa Haka group, gymnastics and learn to speak Spanish.
At Brookfield School, your child/children will have extra support with their English daily. Our Literacy Specialist Teacher will work with your child/children each day. They form a positive relationship with our ESOL Teacher and this allows the children to share any concerns they may have about school life, in a very safe and secure setting.
We look forward to welcoming you and your child/children to Brookfield School.
